Frequently asked questions

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received.Custom and personalized orders may require 1-3 weeks (or longer, depending on the complexity of the project). Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Contact me within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date. Provide photos of any damaged items and packaging.I will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

Acceptable Payment MethodsMajor credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options available at checkout are accepted.Payment Terms ​Full payment is required before orders are processed and shipped. Custom orders may require full payment or a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Orders will not be started until payment has been successfully received.

International shipping may be available to select locations. Customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Custom orders may only be cancelled before production has begun.​

Once an approved return is received and inspected:Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to my error.

If local pickup is offered, customers will receive instructions after their order is completed and ready for pickup.
