Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Appointments are reserved specifically for each client

Payment is due before the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to the full session fee

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened without fee reduction

No-shows without notice may be charged the full session fee
Eccentric Emporium Limited Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, clients will be offered a new appointment or refund when applicable.
